About myself

Hey there and welcome to my blog. A place for me to yap into the void about what I'm working on etc.

Let me first introduce myself. My pet name is flipphoneguy. (Why? I don't know. First thing that came to my head when I made my account on jtech forums ). I'm currently 19 years old. I always loved playing around with different settings on different phones, finding hidden menus and all that stuff.

What I enjoy in tech

In the last year (a bit less actually) I got completely obsessed with tech. I learned some programming languages, some basic computer science and other tech related stuff. I started off with Python, then once I knew it well I kept learning more subjects based on what I was working on. Throughout this time I learned Python, Bash, JavaScript and C. I also have a decent understanding and experience with Linux and Android and the tools that come with them. Then there are obviously some more stuff that I know but not well and sometimes just rely on AI to help me out. This includes Java, (I do know some Java) Kotlin, HTML and others on demand. I especially love tinkering with really low level stuff like finding kernel vulnerabilities to gain root access on locked down phones (just an example) etc. other then that I enjoy making software, reverse engineering stuff, and whatever is needed. GUI is not my field at all! I just don't find it fun, Interesting or challenging.

What to expect in my blogs

So as I may have already hinted or proven, I'm not a great writer nor am I trying to become one. This is just a spot for me to yap about what I'm working on, how good/bad useful/stupid different software are etc. when I'm bored. I hope it'll be interesting and/or entertaining.
